Before contacting us

For order-related questions, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you efficiently.

Returns

Do not send a product back without contacting us first. Approved returns receive return instructions and the correct return address. Packages sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
